In order to make your experience a pleasurable one, I ask that you kindly read through the terms and conditions. Once you agree you can proceed. 


BOOKING
Please read through the services thoroughly and make sure you are selecting the correct service/s. If your booking any service which relates to fingernail extensions, please include a photo of the nail design which you desire if any, because nail designs can increase the price and time of the service/s. If you are unsure what to select, you can send us a message via WhatsApp or Call (8768746638).... After booking your appointment please send a picture of your online receipt of deposit. 
NB: I do not accept same day bookings, so please to book your appointment at least 24 hours ahead so I can properly facilitate you.
If your interested in a squeeze ins (before/after work hours), a fee of $1,500 is required to accommodate you. 



DEPOSIT
In order to confirm your appointment, a deposit of $2,000 is required. This deposit can be both cash and online transfer, whichever is more convenient for you. Please send the receipt after completing payment. Your appointment will be void if a deposit is not made within 24 hours of your booking. Please see payment info below:

LATE ARRIVAL / LATE FEE
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you.
I do allow a 10 minute grace period. Anything after 10 minutes, a $1,000 fee may incur.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit is now non-refundable.  If you wish to continue with your service, your time will be cut down to facilitate and respect the time allocated for other clients.



CANCELLATION
I do understand that circumstances may arise and of such I ask that if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24hrs before your appointment time. With this, I will honor a refund request. Your refund becomes non-refundable if you cancel last minute(please understand that you held a space that could have been occupied by another customer😊).
We love our children and we know you do too but we respectfully ask that you do not take them to your appointment as this can be a distraction, we also ask that you leave the extra company behind as well😊.

My nail appointment was amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the nail tech was so patient and attentive to detail. She made sure I was comfortable and really took her time shaping and designing my toes. perfectly
