By booking an appointment with Don Deva, you agree to the following policies: 1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. 2. Additional Services: Hair take-downs, wash services, and deep conditioning treatments are not included in the braiding service and must be booked separately as add-ons. 3. Hair Extensions: Clients are welcome to bring their own hair extensions, or they can be provided at an additional cost. All hair extensions must be approved pre-streched. 4. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes may result in rescheduling or a late fee. 5. Preparation: Ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free of excessive tangles or product buildup before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or rescheduling. 6. Children: For clients under the age of 16, a parent or guardian must remain present during the appointment. 7. Health and Safety: If you are experiencing any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your needs. 8. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. A receipt will be provided upon request. 9. Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not provided. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns to ensure your satisfaction. 10.
