•Client can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours BEFORE scheduled start time. •Client will be charged a $20 fee for no call no show appointments or late cancellation appointments (after 24 hour time frame). •After THREE no call no show appointments client will be BANNED from booking any future appointments! •Every client has a 20 minute grace period from their scheduled appointment start time. After the 20 minute grace period and client still has NOT shown, appointment will be CANCELLED AND THE CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED $10 LATE FEE! (UNLESS you have already contacted your stylist and made other arrangements i.e. rescheduled another day, coming at a later time) •Late fee ($10) and/or no call no show fee ($20) MUST be paid at the time of service OR before your next scheduled appointment. FAILURE to do so results in client being BANNED from booking future appointments! •Deposit fees are required for holding clients appointment and vary per service. •All deposits go toward your total at the end of each service. •No deposit for service = cancellation. •Payments ARE DUE at the time and day of your scheduled appointment! ~Cash, Apple Pay, CashApp, Debit/Credit are accepted. •Absolutely NO micro, x-small, small, s-medium braids, box braids or feed-in braids. ONLY ACCEPTED when doing big-little designs or design braids. •LIMITED SEATING! SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENT & DAY OFF APPOINTMENT • squeeze-in and day off appointments are a COURTESY of the stylist. Day off appointments are ONLY available upon EARLY REQUEST. ~Client MUST be flexible with stylists timing and schedule! *THIS IS NOT A REGULAR SCHEDULED WORK DAY FOR THE STYLIST, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS!*
