Policy and Terms

PLEASE READ – APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This will be deducted from your total treatment cost. Please transfer the deposit at the time of booking, use your name as the reference, and send a screenshot of payment to confirm your appointment. Deposit amounts: • $50 – All Lash & Brow Services • $100 – All Tattoo Services (Nano Hairstroke, Fine Line Tattoos, Lip Blush & Ombré Brows) Bank Details: Dollhouse Cosmetique 03-0698-0163943-000 Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is received and proof of payment is provided. Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before their appointment. Cancellations or changes made after this period will result in forfeiting the deposit.
