- You have a 10 minutes  LATE GRACE PERIOD .
- If your are 15 minutes late, a $20 FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
- After 20 mins your appointment
WILL be cancelled.

- ﻿Please let me know in advance if you are running late.
 - No Call= No Show.

             RESCHEDULE/ CANCELLATION
- If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your original appointment date.
- There would be a $15 cancellation fee if you fail to reschedule at least 24 hours before.

                                   PAYMENT
- There is a $30 deposit required to secure your appointment.
- Remaining balance is to be paid in CASH.
- Deposit can be made via cash, or deposit at credit union. 
﻿- DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!
﻿- Deposit need to sent IMMEDIATELY after booking or your appointment will be CANCELLED!
﻿- No Deposit = No Appointment.


       OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
- Please come with your hair WASHED & BLOWN OUT. (free from oil, glue, dirt, conditioners etc).
 - Hair is not included in service so please bring required hair for desired style.
 - I DO NOT work over other peoples work.
 - I refuse to work on dirty hair, you WILL be ask to leave.
 - NO EXTRA GUESTS is allowed at your appointment.

Exceptional service! Let me start by letting you know how much empathy was shared towards my booking, having missed my initial appointment and was later facilitated, willingly. The top of the cake was the perfection of the hairstyle. I love it! Highly recommended!
