🐾🐾🐾 Price Update🐾🐾🐾
Effective 1st February 2026

Due to the continued rise in running costs — including electricity, products, and general business expenses — our grooming prices will increase by $10 per groom from February 1st.

This is the first price increase we’ve made in over 3 years. We’ve done our best to absorb these rising costs for as long as possible, but unfortunately we can no longer do so while maintaining the standard of care, products, and time your dogs deserve.

This small adjustment allows us to continue providing a calm, safe, and compassionate grooming experience without cutting corners.

We truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you for supporting a small local business — it genuinely means the world to us 🐶💛

A very well run business with great communication and reminders etc.
We felt very comfortable after walking through the door, all areas were covered off.
Banjo came out all defluffed and smelling great! Plus he seemed to enjoy it.
Great work by the team!

I have been taking TRIXIE here since she was 3 months old. She absolutely loves the ladies and she always looks amazing.

This was our first apt with Dogs.R.Us Grooming and I couldn’t be happier. My girls went in looking like ruffians and came out looking adorable. Thank you for looking after my girls.

The team are very friendly and happy to squeeze you in wherever possible. Willing to work with you on how your fur baby is styled in regards to length of cut.

Kelly is wonderful with my dogs. I wouldn't trust them with any other team.

Always makes our doggy feel and look fantastic .

Amazing groomer. My dog loves going there, always super relaxed. She leaves smelling amazing. Great customer service and prices.

Always does a great job 👍 Kel is great with my dogs 😊

Always nice when we arrive, will be back.

Always a good experience with the ladies.

The Ladies at Dogs R us are truely amazing. Our dog was well and truely overdue for a haircut and came home looking and smelly absolutely beautiful!! I can’t thank them enough

Wow, These girls sure know how to groom and deserve a 5 star rating.
We are currently staying in the local Gracemere Caravan Park, and our cavoodle Daisy was in desperate need of a groom. The whole experience has been fantastic....I wish you were in my hometown!! Thankyou so much for delivering one of the best grooms I can remember and she smells beautiful🙏

The team allowed me to book even when they were extremely busy and then do an amazing job, thank you thank you 🙏

The ladies did an amazing job with our nervous little cocker spaniel! She looked beautiful and clean at pick up, and she even got a free scrunchie to keep her ears out of her food bowl! We got updates as she went along to calm me down and obviously I was more worried than the dog 😂 We are 100% bringing her back again next time to keep her tidy!

Always fantastic service.
My dog looks and smells amazing after every visit.

My groodle was absolutely feral looking with dirty, slightly matted fur at drop off. She looks amazing when I got her back and everyone was so sweet with her. Super reasonable prices and very friendly service. My girl was anxious to begin with but happy as can be at the end. Highly recommended :)

These beautiful humans take such amazing care of my babies Frankie and Raphy ❤️ Always look like brand new puppies when I pick them up 🐶💛

Kel and team are amazing. Can't speak highly enough of them. They genuinely love dogs and deal with my dogs idiosyncrasies.

You guys always do an amazing job on Winston. He looks very cute and smells amazing when picked up. We really appreciate the time and care you put into grooming these 4 legged mates.
Thanks.
Dave

My doggie has never looked so good! Thankyou ladies.. from a very happy owner and 🐶!

Friendly, caring and professional. My dogs were anxious but Kelly knew how to calm them down.

Indie was groomed beautifully. First time here, and we will be back. Thank you taking good care of her.

Always lovely to see the dogs after a groom. The girls do a great job.

Fabulously amazing ladies. My 3 fur babies always look gorgeous when they have visited the Dogs r us grooming in Gracemere. I am so grateful and thankful.

This was our first visit to DogsR Us. We were greeted warmly, and I could tell Macy was in good hands.

I was most impressed with the personal service, professional attitude and of course the finished result - Ruby looks fantastic! The online booking and sharing of information was an added bonus - quick and efficient. We will definitely be back.

Love love love how you groom and care for Isabelle and Dexter. We travel in and out of Rocky just for our babies to be groomed by you ladies because we appreciate how you care for them. Thankyou

Hi Ladies , thank you so much for making my little lady a princess again after I tried to give her a hair cut . Enjoy your night

Picked my boy up today and he looks great, thank you to the lovely ladies at Dogs.R.Us for looking after him so well.
  Great Job.❤️

A lovely warm welcoming environment
Staff outstanding

I took my 17-year-old dog Harry to Dogs Are Us for his birthday groom, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they showed him.

At his age, he’s almost blind and deaf and gets quite anxious, but the team went above and beyond to make him comfortable.

They even allowed my other dog to stay with him during the grooming to help calm his nerves.

Harry came home looking cute as.

Another excellent haircut for our mini Schnauzer Crumbs! Thanks for making this a stressfree experience for everyone involved, he always looks great after a tidy up and is happy to go in and happy when he comes out ❤️

Once again, Remy came home looking absolutely beautiful and was cared for so well.
I have every confidence leaving my baby in Kelly’s care 😊

Very efficient and friendly people. Winston loves it and you guys do an amazing job. Thank you.

Amazing first time going, Kelly was lovely and otis went in looking like a fluff ball and come out looking like a real dog. Will 100% be back for a groom and some amazing customer service

Very happy with my schnauzer's style cut, the ladies are amazing with him and so lovely. Highly recommend Dogs R Us for your pups cut

We couldn’t be happier with Kobys groom! The team are so friendly and genuinely kind to dogs and their humans. He is in the best hands during his coat transformation, and comes out looking and feeling amazing. The little bandana at the end is such a sweet extra touch. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say — highly recommend! 🐾

Both dogs look absolutely lovely, fur so clean and soft!

Thurston loves his visits. Due to unforeseen circumstances he has been attending well overdue for his haircuts and returns well looked after and very cute. Staff are very helpful and very lovely. Great work ladies!

Always excellent service. Our dogs are excited to go in when we pull up at the shop. The team are exceptional with them.

The ladies were genuinely kindness to my daughter and I. Because our moodle's fur is quite wooley she was treated and groomed appropriately.

Left my beautiful Jett in a most untidy state at "Dogs R Us" Groomers today and got him back looking gorgeous and smelling wonderful, the lovely ladies did a wonderful job, would highly recommend, great job.

The team is so genuine, kind and caring! My little lady always comes home beautiful. But the most important thing is how comfortable she is each time being dropped off and how happy she is at pick up. Just goes to show the love and care taken to ensure all the pups feel safe throughout their groom. Thank you so much!
