Due to the continued rise in running costs — including electricity, products, and general business expenses — our grooming prices will increase by $10 per groom from February 1st.

This is the first price increase we’ve made in over 3 years. We’ve done our best to absorb these rising costs for as long as possible, but unfortunately we can no longer do so while maintaining the standard of care, products, and time your dogs deserve.

This small adjustment allows us to continue providing a calm, safe, and compassionate grooming experience without cutting corners.

We truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

At Dogs.R.Us Grooming Gracemere the health, safety, and comfort of all pets in our care is our top priority. Senior dogs and those with existing medical conditions (including but not limited to heart disease, dementia, arthritis, seizures, respiratory issues, or other chronic illnesses) may be at higher risk of stress or complications during grooming.

For this reason, we require:
	1.	Veterinary Clearance – A current letter or certificate from your veterinarian confirming that your dog is fit to undergo grooming.
	2.	Signed Waiver – An acknowledgment from the owner that they understand and accept the potential risks involved with grooming a senior or medically compromised pet.

While every effort will be made to ensure your dog’s safety and comfort, Dogs.R.Us Grooming Gracemere and its staff cannot be held responsible for any health complications that may occur as a result of grooming.

By signing the waiver, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms before proceeding with any grooming services.

I took my 17-year-old dog Harry to Dogs Are Us for his birthday groom, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they showed him.

 At his age, he’s almost blind and deaf and gets quite anxious, but the team went above and beyond to make him comfortable.

They even allowed my other dog to stay with him during the grooming to help calm his nerves.

Harry came home looking cute as.

Another excellent haircut for our mini Schnauzer Crumbs! Thanks for making this a stressfree experience for everyone involved, he always looks great after a tidy up and is happy to go in and happy when he comes out ❤️

Once again, Remy came home looking absolutely beautiful and was cared for so well.

He is in the best hands during his coat transformation, and comes out looking and feeling amazing. The little bandana at the end is such a sweet extra touch. Left my beautiful Jett in a most untidy state at "Dogs R Us" Groomers today and got him back looking gorgeous and smelling wonderful, the lovely ladies did a wonderful job,  would highly recommend, great job. 

The team is so genuine, kind and caring! My little lady always comes home beautiful. But the most important thing is how comfortable she is each time being dropped off and how happy she is at pick up. My German Shepard girls had there very first groom done by kel and kelly, and the ladies were so patient and amazing with my girls, especially because my girls are in training and dont get to meet alot of new people and other dogs very often.

I love bringing my Toy Poodle, Daisy into Dogs.R.Us grooming! The ladies are so lovely and do beautiful cuts . Daisy always gets so excited when she sees the ladies too so that helps me feel at ease knowing she’s in great care. We go back once a month and will do always.

Actually a really amazing place. the staff is always lovely, and my dogs who I’ve known always to have anxiety isn’t nearly as anxious as they used to be at other groomers. I might even say they are comfortable there.

 One of my dogs is a hand full.  High energy and all over the shop and for a longest time made me wary of going to a groomer for how she is and I tried my best to maintain them at home. One day I saw an ad and honestly I am so glad I took her and my other one. They are always welcoming (even when I feel terrible for leaving my psycho of a dog with them) the dogs always leave happy and wagging, their coat always feels amazing and smell great. 10/10 recommend these lovely people!
