✨ DIVINE TRANSFORMATION SALON & SPA BOOKING POLICY ✨ To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking policy carefully before scheduling your appointment. 📌 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $5000 is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. Payment must be made via MMG #m656639 within 24 HOURS of booking. ⚠️ FAILURE TO PAY DEPOSIT Appointments will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED if the deposit is NOT received within 24 HOURS. 📅 SAME DAY CANCELLATION Clients who CANCEL on the SAME DAY will be REQUIRED to pay 50% of the service cost before REBOOKING. 🚫 NO EXTRA GUESTS / NO KIDS NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed. NO CHILDREN unless they have a BOOKED APPOINTMENT. 💰 DEPOSIT POLICY All DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE and are ONLY VALID for the SAME DAY booked. Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE. ⏰ LATE POLICY A 20-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD is allowed. After 20 MINUTES, a $2000 LATE FEE will be applied.
