At Divine Glamour Cosmetics your time and experience are very important to us. To maintain the highest level of service and ensure fairness for all clients, we kindly ask that you read and respect our salon policies outlined below:
Booking Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Divine Glamour Cosmetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time,
The full price of the treatment must still be paid.
This is because short notice cancellations leave no time to fill the appointment slot and result in lost income.
No-shows:
If you do not attend your appointment without any notice,
The full balance of the missed appointment is owed before any future appointments can be made.
Late Policy
* ﻿﻿We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment - not early, not late. We operate on a strict schedule with allocated time slots to ensure a smooth and relaxed environment for all clients.
* ﻿﻿If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. Unfortunately, lateness causes disruption to other clients and affects the flow of the day.
No Guest / Child Policy
* ﻿﻿For insurance and safety reasons, no children, babies, or additional guests are allowed in the salon.
* ﻿﻿Please attend your appointment alone to help maintain a calm and focused space for both yourself and others.
Health & Safety
* ﻿﻿Please arrive with clean hands, lashes and brows where applicable to ensure the best results and hygiene.
* ﻿﻿We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed (e.g., eye infections, broken skin, or inappropriate behaviour).
Patch Testing
* ﻿﻿Patch tests are required for lash lifts, brow tinting, brow lamination and hybrid brows at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
* ﻿﻿If you fail to have a patch test, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Respect Policy
• We strive to create a relaxing, respectful and professional environment for all. Any rude or inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service and future bookings.
