My son had such a great experience today. His appt was very focused, muscle-specific work tailored to a High School athlete’s needs. 

He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly understands how the body functions for sports performance and recovery. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and helped him immensely. I am so glad we found Brad at Distinguished Roots!!

I came to Distinguished Roots for help with a neck injury related to shoulder mobility issues, and Bradley was very helpful. He worked on my areas of concern, educating me throughout the session. When the massage was over, Bradley offered stretching techniques to help with maintenance at home.  My first session was exactly what I needed, and I am very happy with my experience at Distinguished Roots!

Thirty minutes is ideal for assessment and creating a treatment  for an individual area of dysfunction.

Sports/Therapeutic 30 Minute 

1 or more areas of dysfunction can be assessed and treated during this time.  Sixty minutes is ideal for chronic pain and/or regularly scheduled maintenance of an over used muscle group

Sports/Therapeutic 60 Minute 

This massage is ideal for in-depth full body assessment and treatment of pain. 1 or more areas of pain MAY be treated during this time depending on the severity of the dysfunction.

Sports/Therapeutic 90 Minute 

 Sports/Therapeutic 2 hour

This is a full body stretching session. Athletic attire is required. No additional massage or Body Tempering included.
