Dishy Dogs Grooming ltd is a dog grooming salon that looks after your dog’s coat and basic grooming needs. You can expect clear appointment scheduling, a straightforward check-in and check-out routine, and staff who outline the steps and expected timing before work begins. Appointments ( usually) run on schedule; you'll receive an estimated completion time at drop-off and you’ll be notified if anything changes. You’re dog will be looked after during their visit and you will be notified if your dog needs anything extra like a matted tail that needs shaved. We will never do anything without your permission.. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However unless it’s more than 24 hours notice, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided more than 24 hours before appointment time your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.

Dogs with any matted areas require more time spent on them so will incur an extra charge from £10 upwards depending on the severity of the matting. Also dogs with behavioural issues that need more time could incur an extra charge of £10.

Nicola is hands down the best dog groomer we’ve used to date! She is so friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. Our dog always comes back smelling lovely with a wonderfully soft, shiny coat. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for top-quality care for their pet!

I got tip on how to trim dogs claws other then that she did a amazing job on trying to keep my German Shepherd calm as she was scared

This is Dexter's 2nd visit to Nicola and his first proper groom as he had several bad experiences at a very busy pet store grooming parlour.  I cannot thank Nicola enough for her excellent care of him and, of course, her grooming skills.  He goes straight to her with his tail wagging unlike his other experience where he was clearly traumatised when I went to pick him up.  Thank you again Nicola.  We'll see you in August again.

Oh my gosh, my Smudgie is just so wonderfully soft after their groom! She smells absolutely amazing, nothing like that usual doggy scent. I'm so impressed with how Nicola managed to get rid of all that loose fur. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the results!

Dwarfy is difficult to groom, but she works with so much patience, love, and professionalism, leaving no knots and giving him the breaks he needs.
He came home happy, clean, relaxed, and smelling amazing.

Cannot recommend Nicola highly enough.  She is beyond patient with my nervous springer spaniel who is happy until he hears the sound of the clippers! Nicola reassures him with lots of kindness and a few treats. She is the bees knees. Such a lovely dog grooming set up. It’s a friendly and welcoming pet’s paradise. Our dog is always well looked after while in Nicola’s care. He comes out looking and smelling beautiful. We are always kept updated with times or asked for preferences due to his cockapoo coat. 

Brilliant grooming service. My male GSD doesn't like it when I leave him anywhere but he was made a fuss of when we arrived and he settled in fine. He had not been in over a year and looks much better now that he has had a trim and all the old hair is off!

This is about the 4th time we  have taken Frankie to dish dogs . They are always friendly,look after him very well. As it's coming into summer I asked fir hime to be cut shorter than normal especially his paws . Everything was done exactly as requested.  I can only recommend them by giving 5 Stars . Already booked for next time .

I have a big Aussie doodle with thick double coat, Nicola has been grooming him for a while now and always does a great job and exactly what I ask for, Chester takes about 2 and a half hours and gets lazy by the end of cut just wanting to lie down but Nicola manages to get him looking great

Booked my dog in for a wash and blowdry which was very easy and nicola was very helpful and accommodating with getting him booked in. Dropped off no bother and picked him up smelling good and looking nice and shiny again. Happy with the service recieved.

My border collie has been twice for his groom with Nicola now. Excellent service. My dog is 12yrs old now and finds it difficult to stand for length of time it takes to groom..getting down on the floor to do him ,can only imagine how difficult that was..So thank you again and more than happy to leave a positive review. 

Nicola did a great groom on Odie my labradoodle not the easiest dog to groom as he has tight curls and does not stay still .  Nicola was very patient with him and asked me to return the following day as she wanted to do a better cut to his face as Odie was getting stressed she thought it better we return rather than stress him out  anymore very pleased  with her professionalism .
