GENERAL POLICY. Appointment is strictly by booking and a ₦5,000 non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your appointment. This will go towards the total of your service. The remaining balance is due in cash or transfer. Payment is required to confirm your booking, considering you might not be only one booking at same date and time. No deposit = No appointment! CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY *There’s a late arrival grace period of 10min from appointment time. *15-30 min late arrival attracts a fee of 5k. (No exceptions) CANCELLATION of appointment requires notices by CALL at-least 24hrs before your appointment date and time. *Kindly call at-least 24hours before your appointment time to inform us of your intention to cancel to avoid losing your deposit. Failure to cancel at-least 24hrs before appointment will result in loss of deposit. *Last minute cancellation attracts ₦5,000 RESCHEDULING requires 24hrs notice before appointment time. *Late/last minute rescheduling attracts ₦ 5,000 and subject to rebooking .
