Therefore, to ensure that our appointments run on schedule and to minimize any inconvenience caused to our clients, we have implemented a $20 deposit policy for securing appointments. Therefore, we provide a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled appointment time, after which the deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will be canceled.
