“Didn’t have a clue what I needed as I don’t get my nails done, so was pleased with the final results - thank you ladies. I get that English isn’t your first language, but it would be a bit more comfortable if you did occasionally converse in english with your team members, as I was a bit paranoid you were talking about the customers, which I’m sure you weren’t. Just my honest opinion I will return 🙏🏼”

“Lack of understanding probably on both parts. first time going there and have got used to my usual nail salon. A little rough doing my nails but young lady doing them was polite enough. Will I come back.... Yes. Hopefully next time I will have a better understanding of how your processes are and you will have a better understanding of how I want my nails. Definitely will be back.
