‼️By engaging the services of Diamond Dreams LLC, clients agree to abide by the following policies and terms‼️A deposit is required for all appointments. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. No extra guests are allowed during services. Frontals, closures, and braiding hair must be dropped off 24 hours in advance for customization and preparation, if you are getting butt length braids the braiding hair length should be atleast 48”. ‼️Shampoo is included with every style EXCEPT BRAID SERVICES‼️. Clients should not wash their hair before appointments UNLESS getting braid SERVICES. If your hair is not taken down or matted/extremely tangled before scheduled service you will need to reschedule or pay a fee which may be selected in the booking area under detangle or take down, make sure you select this service when scheduling. Make sure your hair is free of any product including oils, creams, gel, and leave-in conditioner‼️. The quality of your hair extension can determine the quality of your style please get good human hair, if you are not sure of a brand feel free to ask and do your research 🙂. A $25 fee will be charged for no call, no show appointments for first time clients automatically taken off your card. Manual scheduling through the app incurs a $5 upcharge.
