Deposits made for appointments with Desert Glow will not be transferred or held as credit for any reason if the appointment is rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In the event of a no-show, cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, the deposit will not be refunded. These terms are binding and non-negotiable.
