BOOKING POLICY / CANCELLATION Please arrive with product free hands. Foreign Normal polish removal £3 1) Non Refundable £10 deposit 2) Payments: Cash, Bank transfer or Contactless. Depending on your remaining balance your therapist may ask for preferred payment method. 3) BOOK 48hrs prior to the day you want. Send pictures of your nail set. 4) CANCEL BEFORE 48hrs to prevent cancellation fee. £10 24hr cancellation or £15 for same day cancellation. DISCLAIMER / REBOOK 5) Rescheduling is granted 48hrs prior to your appointment. Rescheduling less than 48hrs will result in cancellation & late cancellation fee. If you CANCEL your rebooked appointment you will be paying £15 non refundable deposit going forward this will be paid via bank transfer. In rare circumstances If you have rebooked multiple times or your rebooked appointment ends with repeated cancellation your therapist may ask to pay up to 50% off your total balance for a deposit. £15 out of that will be class as your non refundable deposit. This is rare but could happen as a last resort. 6) REBOOK within 3 days & carry out the service within 1 week after rebooking. LATE: 9) Grace period of 15 minutes after 15 minutes you’ll be charge £5 every 5 minutes. Your appointment will be classed as a NO SHOW if you fail to communicate your lateness or cancellation within 15minutes. You will be blocked from booking and your appointment will automatically cancel. REFUSE SERVICE: I have the right to refuse service if your nails display: 1) Fungal infections 2) Viral infections 3) Bacterial infections I do not tolerate ANY inappropriate/ abusive behaviours. INFILLS: We only infill artificial nails within 2-4 weeks EXACTLY. Any artificial nails over 4 weeks requires soak off and new set. Only 1 Infills are allowed for acrylics. 2 infills are allowed for BIAB & hard gel. Colour change only granted on nudes , clear & light colour acrylics. No black or dark colours. REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT: Delceynails take pride in their quality of nails. Our product & technique naturally reduces breakage however we do understand it can happen.
