About Delceynails My passion for nails goes far beyond the finished look — it’s about the experience, the care, and the confidence my clients leave with. I take pride in my business and in delivering high-quality nail services that are both professional and personalised. I have been doing nails since January 2021, during which time I’ve continuously developed my skills and knowledge within the industry. I hold a Level 3 qualification in all nail services, allowing me to offer treatments to a high professional standard while prioritising nail health, hygiene, and attention to detail. Client experience is extremely important to me. From the moment you sit in my chair, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, listened to, and confident in the service you’re receiving. I aim to create a welcoming environment where every appointment feels relaxing, professional, and tailored to you. 💅 DELCEYNAILS POLICY & TERMS ⏱ Appointments * Please allow up to 4 hours for intricate/technical nail art (time may vary). * Arrive with product-free nails. * Foreign polish removal: £3. ⸻ 💳 Booking & Deposits * £10 non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. * Book 48 hours in advance. * Send nail inspiration photos before appointment. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling * Cancel 48+ hours before → no fee. * Cancel within 24 hours → £10 fee. * Same-day cancellation → £15 fee. * Rescheduling must be done 48+ hours before. * Late reschedules count as cancellation. * Repeated cancellations may require higher deposits (up to 50%). ⸻ ⏳ Late Policy * 15-minute grace period. * After 15 mins: £5 every 5 minutes late fee. * After 25 mins: appointment cancelled + £15 fee. ⸻ 🚫 No Shows * No communication within 15 minutes = no-show. * No-shows are blocked from future bookings. ⸻ 👥 Plus Ones / Children * Must be pre-approved via message. * £5 charge if not approved. * No children allowed. ⸻ 💵 Payments * Cash only (exact change preferred). * Change may be credited to next appointment or account. * Bank transfer in some cases. ⸻ 🧴 Nail Services Rules * Infills only within 2–4 weeks. * After 4 weeks → full set required. * Acrylics: max 1 infill. * BIAB/Hard gel: max 2 infills. * Colour change only on light/nude sets (no dark colours over them). ⸻ 🛠 Repairs * Free repair within 3 days. * After that, standard repair fees apply. ⸻ 🧬 Health & Safety * Service may be refused for: * Fungal infections * Viral infections * Bacterial infections * No abusive or inappropriate behaviour tolerated. ⸻ ⚠️ Other Important Info * Some services may be quicker or longer than expected. * By booking, you agree to all terms. * Products are non-refundable (hygiene reasons). * Location: TW4 (home-based, parking available).
