Policy and Terms
Booking Appointments • Please contact me before rescheduling your appt! • For same day booking please DM. • Cash/tap to pay available • After booking, you will receive my address/remaining balance. Infills • At 5 weeks “infills” will be priced as a full set • No foreign fills. •no longer offer shape change fills. e.g square to almond, etc. please book a soak off if new shape desired. Nail Prep • Please arrive with bare nails unless removal booked! Plus Ones • Plus ones not permitted unless receiving service after you. • For unique situations (e.g young children), DM me, I will accommodate! Tardiness • after 20 minutes a £5 late fee will be charged at 30mins your appointment may be cancelled. These policies only applies if another client is scheduled immediately after your appointment. £10 deposits in non-refundable and goes towards service cost. Deposits will only be refunded if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice or if I am responsible for the cancellation.
