By booking with Daisy Fresh And Clean Housekeeping, you agree to these Policies & Terms. 

Booking Policy
	•	A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
	•	Deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
	•	Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
	•	Clients must provide accurate address, contact information, and service details when booking.

💵 Payment Policy
	•	Remaining balance is due immediately after service is completed.
	•	Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, or other agreed method.
	•	Late payments may result in refusal of future services.

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling
	•	Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
	•	Cancellations under 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.
	•	No-call/ No contact clients may be required to pay full service amount before rebooking.

🏡 Home Access & Conditions
	•	Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the home.
	•	If we cannot access the property, the deposit will be forfeited.
	•	Homes must have running water and electricity.

	•	We provide professional cleaning based on the package selected.
	•	Heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or biohazards must be disclosed before booking.
	•	Additional charges may apply for extreme conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:
	•	Unsafe or hazardous conditions are present
	•	Aggressive pets are not secured
	•	There is illegal activity or an unsafe environment

	•	We are not responsible for pets escaping if not properly contained.
