PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

A deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit goes towards the balance of your overall service.
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 times. If you are still unable to make the appointment you forfeit your deposit and will need to rebook.

If for whatever reason you are unable to pay your deposit on my booking site you can etrasfer me directly by sending your deposit to Dainty.hairdesigns@gmail.com.
Send a screenshot of the payement via text to (647) 562-3841 along with style, date and time that you would like to have your hair done. Please ensure that the date and time you would like is available before sending your deposit.

Please note that braiding hair is provided with all braiding services and some twists. The colors  available are 1B (natural black) and #4 (dark brown). There is an additional cost of $20 if you would like a different color for your braids. Highlights are available at no additional cost. When booking for braids, please specify the hair color of your choice in the notes section.

If you have your own braiding hair you would like to use or your own human hair for Bohemian braids the price remains the same as listed on this site.

If you would like human hair curls, curly ends on your braids, beads, colored braiding hair or a wash and blowdry, there is an 'Add On' catergory where you can choose the desired add on to your service.

A wash service is available for $40 or you can come with your hair washed the day of or from the night before, free of any oils (no oil or grease). If you do not do this you will require a wash service. A little leave in conditioner is okay. Detangle and blow dry is included in the service.

Please be respectful of my time and the clients with appointments booked after you by arriving on time. There is a 10 minute grace period. Repeated lateness will result in late fees. After 10 minutes with no call or no show your appointment will be canceled. No calls or no shows will result in  termination of future bookings. 

Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment due to limited space unless you are a parent accompanying your underage child.

Please reschedule your appointment if you or your child are not feeling well.

I got my hair washed, retwisted, and styled, and everything was done really well. The wash was thorough and my scalp felt clean and refreshed. The retwist was neat, not too tight, and the style looked great. The whole appointment was on time and professional. I left satisfied and will definitely be coming back.

Everything was more than I could expect as soon as I walked in the door & there were snacks available while I got my hair washed, conditioned, blow dried and braided.  I definitely would recommend 👍🏾👍🏾.
