Welcome to DJ Soundz Limited. You can now book a time slot to speak to a member of our team at a time more convenient to you. You can choose between which event you’re looking at talking to us about. Pick a date and time and we will give you a call. Please be aware, calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. We will give you an exact quote over the phone from what you describe your event to be and what you want to be included. Any issues just give us a call on 0161 515 0075.
Policy and Terms
Policy and Terms: We request that all clients give at least 12 hours notice of cancelling a phone appointment as this opens up your time slot to another client. We have the right to stop you from booking through Goldie if we feel you’re taking advantage or not attending any of the appointments you book. So we request you please try and stick to them. If you cancel within 12 hours you will be charged with a £5 cancellation fee. This is for wasting our time. Our staff do take time out of there day to come to work to help yourself with the quotes and when our staff get the payments cut due to failed quotes, it’s not fair on them. So we put this rule in place. Please be aware, you will be required to enter your card details. Don’t worry we won’t charge anything to the card unless you fail to attend or cancel within 12 hours.
