Policy and Terms
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. All services are non-refundable. However, if there are any concerns with the service provided, we are happy to offer corrections within seven days of the original appointment. Walk-in corrections are welcome—no appointment is required.
