If you are a No-Show for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked (appointments are considered a No-Show if you are 10 or more minutes late. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled, if I'm unable to accommodate you. Also, your service(s) may need to be changed to fit within the allotted time available.
