Training with Derek has been a game changer for me. We focus on cardio, abs, and weight training and I’ve not only lost weight and inches-Ive gained back my self-esteem. Derek is incredibly motivating and supportive, always pushing me to be my best while meeting me where Im at. 

Derek is an excellent trainer who personalizes every part of my session to my specific limits and goals perfectly. I’ve progressed so much from his training to the point where I am able to perform the activities I need to in my life and at work with ease and not worry about tweaking or pulling any muscles in or out of the gym(which is huge).  Being free of those setbacks is the best part about working with Derek. Also my range of motion has excelled to intermediate level in yoga.

Derek pushes me beyond anyone who had ever trained me. He’s understanding and supportive. Im appreciative for him being there in my health journey.

Derek is awesome. Honestly I used to feel exercise was a chore. Now, I can’t wait to exercise. Derek is motivating and accommodating. I’ve lost inches and pounds to the point where people are noticing. Thanks to Derek this lady has her groove back!!!
