### 1. **Appointments**
- **Booking:** All appointments must be pre-booked. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- **Cancellations:** Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.  Late cancellations may result in a fee. 
- **Late Arrivals:** If you’re more than [15] minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

### 2. **Payments**
- **Accepted Methods:** We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, internet banking]. Full payment is due at the time of service.
- **Deposits:** A deposit may be required for certain services or first-time clients.

### 3. **Health & Safety**
- **Sanitation:** We adhere to strict hygiene protocols. Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies before your appointment.
- **Children & Pets:** For safety and comfort, please refrain from bringing children or pets. (Small pets or Guide dogs are allowed)

### 4. **Privacy**
- **Client Information:** Your personal information is kept confidential and used solely for appointment management.
- **Photography:** Photos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not consent.

### 5. **Right to Refuse Service**
- **Behavior:** We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
- **Health Concerns:** Services may be refused if they pose a health risk to the client or technician.

### 6. **Liability**
- **Client Responsibility:** Curl Up N' Dye is not responsible for damages to any personal items.

Amazing service.  My work schedule does not allow room to  make appointments.  Ellla has accomodated me now for the second time at my convenience. I love the cut . My sister and daughters also go to her and are very happy with their hair.
