Crystal Carpet Jersey

1. Pricing Structure
	•	Carpet Cleaning: All prices are charged per square metre. Final pricing will be confirmed once measurements have been taken on site.

	•	End of Tenancy Cleaning: This service is charged per hour, based on the size of the property.
	•	A deposit is required to secure an end-of-tenancy cleaning slot.
	•	The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and it will deducted from your final invoice.
	•	Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

2. Access & Parking
	•	The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and providing suitable parking for our vehicle/equipment. 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
	•	Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
	•	Rescheduling is free, subject to availability.

4. Condition of Carpets & Surfaces
	•	While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, outcomes may vary depending on the age, wear, material, and existing stains.
	•	We cannot guarantee removal of all stains.

5. Payment Terms
	•	Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
	•	We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment methods.

6. Liability
	•	We are fully insured and take the utmost care with all items and surfaces.
	•	We are not liable for pre-existing damage, weakened fibres, loose seams, or colour fading due to age or previous chemical treatments.

7. Customer Responsibilities
	•	Please ensure the areas to be cleaned are clear of personal items and furniture unless prior arrangements have been made.
	•	Pets must be kept away from work areas for safety.

	
8. Minimum cleaning fee for single attempt is £100

I enquired about an end of tenancy clean & Alin visited the property to assess what needed to be done.
He then sent me a quote  which I found to be very reasonable. 
The house has been cleaned to a high standard. All appliances & cupboards are spotless. Flooring & carpets are extremely clean & the windows are gleaming !

The team at Crystal Carpet was super helpful and very dedicated. Our move stretched over a number of weeks and we had to adjust our cleaning date, which was done with ease. The time the house sat vacant caused for quite a bit of dirt/dust to accumulate, but the team ensured that every last corner was cleaned. I was grateful for their patience with my queries and attention to the detail of the carpets to ensure that any spots from my children were removed. I highly recommend their services!
