Booking & Deposit Policy

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.
• Deposits must be paid within 6 hours of booking, or the appointment will be automatically canceled.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of service via cash, ATH, or other approved payment methods.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

•No-Shows are blocked from booking after 3 missed appointments and are required to pay $35 no show fee, failure to pay results in you being blocked from
booking. 

Service Satisfaction & Refunds

• If you confirm during your appointment that you are satisfied with the service, this acknowledgment is considered final.
• If concerns arise after the appointment, you have two options:
 1. Return within 48 hours for a complimentary correction.
 2. Request a refund only if the style or lashes have not been altered or removed, and are returned in their original condition.
• No refunds will be issued after personal adjustments have been made or if the style has been worn for more than 48 hours.

Same-Day Appointments

• All same-day appointments require prior approval by text before booking.
• Unauthorized same-day bookings may be canceled.
• Approved same-day appointments will include a $20 convenience fee, added to your total and your deposit still needs to be received.
