Hi there, my name is Shirley and thank you for trusting us with your crown. Each wig is handled with precision, intention, and elevated care. Please review our service policies carefully before booking. BOOKING & DEPOSIT A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your service. This deposit is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due once you receive your tracking number for your completed wig delivery. WIG REVAMP SERVICES Our Revamp Service includes: Luxury cleanse (wash) Customized plucking Knot bleaching (if applicable) Styling of your choice Clients are fully responsible for shipping their wig to us. CUSTOM WIG CONSTRUCTION For Custom Wig services: Clients are responsible for shipping their wig and bundles to us. Hair is currently not included in Custom Wig services (hair collection launching soon). Each custom unit is constructed with precision and tailored to your desired look. SHIPPING POLICY Shipping rates vary based on location. If you would like expedited delivery, kindly notify us before final invoicing so we may adjust your shipping rate according to your preferred delivery timeframe. Once your wig has shipped, tracking information will be provided. We are not responsible for postal delays, carrier issues, or lost packages once the item is in transit. TRAVEL SERVICES Travel styling within Massachusetts is available upon request and includes a $20 travel fee.
