• ALL APPOINTMENTS NEED TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE • DEPOSIT OF £15: THIS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE, ON THE DAY THAT THE BOOKING IS MADE. • CANCELLATIONS: YOU MUST ADVISE AT LEAST 24H PRIOR TO THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND. • NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL. • IF NAILS POP OFF OR START LIFTING WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS OF THE APPOINTMENT, IT WILL BE FIXED FREE OF CHARGE IF IT'S NOT USER ERROR. • TEENS UNDER 16 MUST HAVE PARENTAL APPROVAL TO HAVE THE SERVICE DONE. • NO INFILLS ON EXTRERNAL WORK.
