Creative Watters Art Company has been catering to Mississippi’s tattoo and body piercing needs since 2011. The talented artists at Creative Watters Art Company pour their hearts and souls into every masterpiece they are asked to create. Our mission is to create the highest quality art in a professional environment that contributes to an unrivaled tattoo experience. All of our artists are professionally trained and licensed by the Mississippi Department of Health. Rest easy knowing that no matter the scale of your tattoo project, our artists will provide you with experience, true dedication, professionalism, expertise and skill.
Policy and Terms
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO GET TATTOOED! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! All tattoo appointments for Justin Watters @ Creative Watters Art Company require a 20% non refundable deposit. The deposit amount will be applied towards the price of the tattoo unless you forfeit your deposit. YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF: 1. You are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time 2. You Cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time 3. You Reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time 4. You drastically change the basic agreed upon idea for the tattoo design 5. You booked an appointment and are not 18 years of age or older If you forfeit your deposit, another deposit will be required to book another appointment. ***Please do not book an appointment online with Justin Watters, unless you have already had a consultation about your tattoo ideas. Consultations are available in person, or by text message at 601-906-3487***
