Policy and Terms
Dear Valued Clients, Create.bycass has a strict cancellation policy in place. A 48-hour notice is required for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a $75 fee. No-shows will also incur this fee. For hair color and bleaching services, a $50 non-refundable deposit is mandatory to secure your appointment. This deposit can be transferred if rescheduled within 48 hours.
