Booking & Cancellation: • A [deposit/credit card on file] is required to secure appointments. • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Policy: • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. No Refunds Policy: • All services are non-refundable once completed. • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify me within 7 days so we can discuss possible adjustments. Any corrections must align with the original service request and will be at the stylist’s discretion. • Retail product sales are final unless there is a manufacturer defect.
