Policy and Terms

Hi, and thank you very much for your support! To ensure I continue providing you with the highest quality service, I’ve updated my booking policy. When you book, you’ll be asked to agree with the terms. Terms: I will securely hold a card on file to cover any no-shows or late cancellations—this helps me respect everyone’s time. If you're not feeling well, please feel free to let me know. Please keep in mind that I may need to reschedule or postpone our appointment if you're feeling unwell. Cancellations or reschedules can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment start time. While I love kids, for safety reasons, I kindly ask that children do not attend the appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply, and I may need to adjust your service time to keep the schedule on track for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me maintain a positive and respectful experience for everyone.
