Farah Kay, founder of Cosmetic Wellness, is an Integrative Skin + Hair Health  Practitioner who specializes in helping clients heal skin and hair concerns —including acne, eczema, rosacea, premature aging, hair loss, and more. Her practice takes a truly holistic approach, addressing not just what’s visible on the surface, but the internal imbalances driving them.

Using personalized skincare/haircare regimens, advanced functional lab testing, and supportive lifestyle guidance, Farah helps clients restore the health of their skin and hair by rebalancing the body from the inside out.

Cosmetic Wellness with Farah Kay

—Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 

—No-Show & Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service.

—Nonrefundable Deposits:
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service but will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or no-show. 

—Late to appointment:
If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at Farah’s discretion. This ensures the next client’s appointment can begin on time.

—Payment Policy:
All remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, Zelle, or approved digital methods. No checks or cash payments are accepted.

—Follow-Up & Accountability:
Your healing journey is a commitment. Clients are expected to follow protocols as discussed in sessions. Consistent communication, updates, and follow-up appointments are essential for results.
