Policy and Terms

Deposits •A $20 deposit is required for all brow services valued at $20 or more. •A $50 deposit is required for all cosmetic brow appointments. •Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling •A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. •If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. •Appointments may be rescheduled once only with the original deposit transferred. Further changes will require a new deposit. Late Arrivals •We operate on a strict schedule to respect all clients’ time. •Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be able to be seen, and the deposit will be forfeited. No-Shows •Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. •Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Booking Confirmation •All bookings are only secured once the required deposit has been paid. •Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, this will be sent via text or email.

New Hybrid dye brow stain lasts longer than your average brow tint, Formulated with a warm undertone to achieve extra-long-lasting results with shades that leave a powerful stain on the skin and brow hairs. Ombré brows are a soft, shaded brow tattoo that creates a natural, fuller look, similar to makeup powder. This service is perfect for enhancing your shape and giving your brows a long-lasting, polished finish. As a beginner artist, extra time and care are taken during your appointment to ensure precision and comfort throughout the process. Each set is mapped and customized to suit your unique facial features and style. ✨ Please note: Brows will look dark fresh off the needle and as this is a beginner service, results and timing may vary. Allow up to 4 hours for your appointment.

Touch up

This appointment is for clients who have previously had an ombré brow tattoo done by me. A touch-up is essential to perfect your brows, it refreshes the colour, refines the shape, and ensures your brows heal evenly and last longer. During this session, we’ll assess how your brows have healed, make any necessary adjustments, and deepen any areas that may have faded. ✨ Touch-ups are typically done 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment. As a beginner artist, extra time and care are taken to ensure the best result possible.

Over Others Work

This service is for clients who have existing brow tattooing or microblading done by another artist. Before booking, please note that working over previous work can be more complex, results will depend on the colour, shape, and saturation of your existing brows. A consultation or clear photo of your current brows is required before booking to ensure this service is suitable for you. During your appointment, your brows will be carefully reshaped, colour-corrected (if needed), and refreshed to achieve a more balanced, natural look. ✨ As a beginner artist, additional time and care are taken to achieve the best possible result.

Yearly Touch up

This appointment is for returning clients who have previously had their ombré brows done by me and need a yearly refresh. Over time, pigment naturally fades, this session restores colour, sharpness, and definition to keep your brows looking fresh and even. ✨ Recommended every 12–18 months to maintain your desired brow look. For best results, your previous work must still be visible and in good condition.
