To provide the best scheduling availability and to respect the time reserved for each client, a valid card on file is required for all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless the policies below are violated. —CANCELLATION POLICY— As a courtesy, please remember to call as soon as you know you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, and I will happily rebook it for you! If you miss an appointment or fail to give at least 12 hours' notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the service in order to continue booking services. A deposit will be required for your next appointment after a no-call, no-show. Excessive cancellations or no-call/no-shows will result in forfeiting the ability to reschedule. —LATE POLICY— If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you are running late, please text or call me to let me know. I know we all have busy schedules and life happens. I’m very understanding, and with communication, we will always be able to work something out and/or reschedule you for a better time. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Thank you for understanding that my time is important, and I don’t get paid to have an empty chair. —REFUND POLICY— All Service Sales Are Final: Once a service has been rendered, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I encourage you to discuss any concerns with me prior to your appointment to ensure your satisfaction. Payment Must Be Rendered: Payment is required at the time of service. I accept various payment methods for your convenience. Theft of Services: Please be aware that any attempt to obtain services without payment will be considered theft and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
