Hello! I am Alexis Palmieri and i’ve been tumbling since I was 5 years old. I did gymnastics for 14 years at Head Over Heels Gymnastics in Parlin, NJ. I’ve always had a passion for tumbling and encouraging others I am an Alumni from Frostburg State Acrobatics and Tumbling team. I’m currently the assistant coach at Caldwell University for Acrobatics and Tumbling. I’ve worked with multiple coaches and have taken classes that aid in sports development and sport psychology! It has opened up a whole new life for me but it has helped me grow into the athlete I am today and the type of athlete I would like to portray into others!

Private tumbling lessons

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

Alexis is amazing, made my daughter feel so comfortable and has helped her progress so much in just two privates! 

Today my daughter had  her first private tumbling lesson with Alexis. She was amazing.  She is an excellent teacher with incredible patience, and great knowledge.
We were very happy. We will be seeing her again soon.!!!  

Excellent! Alexis is phenomenal! She's not only teaching my daughter to Tumble but I love that she takes the time to educate my daughter on how the body works as one to achieve a back walkover. She also gave my daughter tips that she can use at home as well. My daughter said what was very helpful is Coach Alexis did a back walkover and taped it so I can see how my feet and hips are supposed to be. 
Our sessions have been great with Alexis! I highly recommend her.
