Groove N’ Kizomba Festival Booking Policy By booking this service, you agree to the following: • Please arrive on time for your appointment. A maximum grace period of 5 minutes will be allowed. After 5 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and your spot may be given to another guest. • Event services are limited to simple haircuts, haircut & beard services, beard trims, and line-ups only. • No add-ons, custom designs, or additional services will be available during the event. • Payment is accepted by cash or card only. E-transfers will not be accepted. • Due to the high demand during the festival, appointment times are strictly enforced to ensure all guests can be accommodated.
