Cloud Nine Massage – Policies & Terms To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect appointment times, please review the following policies: Appointments & Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. Deposits may be transferred one time only if you choose to reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Policy If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows time to rebook another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show for your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Health & Safety Policy For your safety and well-being:     •    Any injuries, including those related to car accidents, require a 48–72 hour waiting period before receiving massage therapy.     •    If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please wait until you are fully recovered before your session.
