Thank you for choosing Clippin’ Canines for your pets grooming needs! My name is Amy and I am a self employed groomer working out of “The Groomer” in Dundonald. Roadside parking is available outside the salon, as well as an alleyway behind the building suitable for dropping off/collection. We have a doorbell at the back of the building in case the back door is closed! Please note we are a multi-dog salon, so other dogs will be in attendance during your pets grooming appointment! 🐾 Please select the suitable slot for your pets size: XS-M = 1kg-20kg L-XL = 21-34kg Note: I do not offer traditional hand stripping. I only take a very limited amount of XL breeds and aggressive/anxious pets. Please get in contact if your pet is over 35kg or has aggressive tendencies to see if I am suitable for their needs. Policy and Terms
⏰ Arrive on time: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled, at the groomer’s discretion. ❌ No-shows or same-day cancellations (less than 24hrs notice): A 50% fee of the full groom is required before rebooking. Any deposit paid will be deducted from this fee. Deposits are not carried over to new appointments. 📆 3 no-shows within 6 months = your pet may be removed from our books. 📱 Reminder texts are a courtesy: If you miss your appointment due to not receiving a reminder message, the no-show fee and deposit loss still apply. Please record appointments in your own calendar. 🐾 Collect on time: Pets must be collected within 45 minutes of being ready. Fees may be incurred for late collections.
