If you do not agree with the policy and terms below , please do not book in.

Please come with BARE nails. 
No nail polish otherwise there will be an extra £5 added on top of the service.
I do not remove other nail techs work so if you turn up with other work , you will be turned away and charged the remaining balance.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. 

No shows or same day cancellation will require to pay 100% of the service. Rescheduling on the day will require to pay 50% off the booking. If unable to do so, you will not be allowed to book back in. 

There will be late fees added so please attend to your appointment NO MORE than 5 minutes early. 
10 minutes late = £5
15 minutes = cancellation/reschedule 

I will fix any damaged nail for free of charge within a week from the app. After 7 days there will be a charge from £5 per nail.
