Clawed By Champagne Retainer Agreement 1. Retainer Fee: A retainer fee of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of services on the day of your appointment. 2. Payment Terms: The retainer fee must be paid in full before the appointment is confirmed. Confirmation For Appointments: There will be automated reminders of appointments sent out please confirm your appointment, or it will be cancelled and time could be given to next client on waitlist PLEASE CONFIRM ALL APPOINTMENTS WHEN REMINDER IS SENT OUT . 5. Cancellation Policy: To ensure fairness to both parties, the following cancellation policy applies: - If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at any given time retainer is forfeited & another retainer fee will be needed in order to reschedule . 6. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification, client will be 86. 7. Appointments outside of My Business hours : Please communicate as I will try to accommodate everyone’s time if possible . A $20 fee MAY apply . 8. Acknowledgment: By paying this retainer fee, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated above.
