Policy and Terms

Deposits for appointments with Claudine Hair Solutions are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled booking if done so 24 hours in advance through the provided link. Failure to reschedule within the 24-hour period will result in the loss of the deposit. A late fee of $20 will be added to the final cost for appointments if the client is 15 minutes or more late. Appointments will be cancelled if clients are more than 30 minutes late.
