Policy and Terms

This Policy and Terms text governs the use of services provided by Claudine Hair Solutions. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled booking if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance via the provided link. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A late fee of $20 will apply if the client arrives 10 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time. Appointments will be automatically cancelled if the client is more than 30 minutes late. Clients are required to provide their own extensions for weaves and braiding appointments, as these will not be supplied by Claudine Hair Solutions. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
