Deposits and services are non-refundable. NAIL CONDITION: You must submit a picture of your bare nails in order to book. ANY LEFT OVER ACRYLIC/ GEL POLISH WILL RESULT YOU IN PAYING A SOAK OFF. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION: All appointments must be confirmed by 9pm the day prior. Failure to comply will result in your appointment being canceled & your deposit forfeited. RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule 48 hours before your appointment with the same deposit one time. If you reschedule before 48 hours that is considered a cancellation.
