Bookings are reviewed and must be approved before they are confirmed by Classy Braids and Locs. A $16 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment time. Cancellations made after this window follow the deposit and fee policy. All deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A 10‑minute grace period is provided. Arrivals after 10 minutes may incur a $10 late fee, and arrivals after 1 hour may incur a $20 fee and result in cancellation of the appointment with forfeiture of the deposit. Payment for the remaining balance is due at the time of service; accepted payment methods may vary, and platform fees may apply. No‑shows are charged 50% of the service total. Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Hair must be pre‑washed, blow‑dried, and free of oils or products. If the client is providing their own hair, it must be dropped off at least one day before the appointment. Same‑day appointments requiring hair must select the “Add Hair” option. Clients should arrive alone, unless prior arrangements have been made. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, as permitted by law. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.
