Please refer to my Instagram for any updates to my policy! • Please remember to add a soak off if you need one, this affects your appointment time. If booking a new set, please arrive with bare, healthy nails. I do not soak off others' work, as most people don't know what's on their nails. • Text me when you arrive, and I'll text you when to come in. Let me know if you are running late please! I have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment is canceled. I will charge a $10 late fee after 10 minutes. No shows will have to pay a $15 fee to rebook. • If you feel unwell, please reach out to reschedule! There are immunocompromised people in my home. It you have any open wounds on your hands or fingers, we will have to reschedule until they heal. If necessary, please reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Life happens, and I'm very understanding, but constant rescheduling and last-minute cancellations will affect our client relationship. • Fills should be booked every 2-3 weeks. A rebalance is anywhere from 3-5 weeks, but it is not recommended to go more than 4 weeks as this can lead to painful breaks. • Don’t forget to add on nail art when booking online! Appointments with more nail art, remember to send me your inspo beforehand. I like to have all the stuff pulled out before you arrive! • You’re more than welcome to bring some snacks or drinks. • Appointments can take 2-4 hours depending on the nail art. Please come with that in mind and allow enough time for your appointment. • Unfortunately, I don’t allow any guests or kids, no exceptions. • I accept cash, card/tap, Cash App, and Venmo as forms of payment. • Be ready to slay the house down after you leave!
