Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Chow Tattoo Studio. By booking an appointment at Chow Tattoo Studio, clients agree to abide by the following policies and terms. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy, deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window, and rescheduling is possible only once after which subsequent changes may require payment of the full price. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. All clients must be of legal age to receive tattoo services; clients under 18 must have parental consent. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
