Booking Policy • All appointments must be booked under the correct name and contact information. • By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed below. Patch Test Policy • Patch tests are available and recommended for all treatments that carry a risk of allergic reaction (e.g., tinting, lashes, lamination, etc.). • If you choose not to have a patch test, you accept and understand that: • You are proceeding entirely at your own risk, and • The salon cannot be held responsible for any reaction that may occur during or after your treatment. Cancellation Policy • No return of deposit if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment No-Show Policy • Clients who do not attend their appointment without any explanation may have their booking privileges reviewed. • Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from making future appointments. Late Arrivals • If you are late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on timing and other bookings. • If the appointment cannot be completed due to lateness, it may be treated as a no-show. Health & Safety • Please inform the salon of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent skin treatments prior to your appointment. • The salon is not liable for reactions or outcomes if full information is not provided. Client Conduct • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. • The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.
