Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 12 hours before start time. Late cancels or no shows will be charged half of the service price which must be paid prior to rebooking. Please note: if you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged half of the service price. This must be paid prior to rebooking.
