In Person Quote
I come to you to discuss services, give a quote, and meet any potential pets if necessary. Best for clients who have pets with anxiety, may only want certain rooms cleaned, wish to meet someone before inviting them into their space, or who have special requests or accommodations.

Over The Phone Quote
We will discuss a quote based on the square footage and number of rooms in your home as well as the services that best fit your needs.
Best for clients who want a set time for a straight forward service with no/minimal special accommodations.

Basic housekeeping
A basic housekeeping service based on the rate of approximately $0.12/sqft.
Includes:
Light tidying
Loading/unloading dishwasher.
Sweeping
Mopping
Vacuuming (if provided)
Dusting and disinfecting common surfaces (counters, tables, dressers etc.)
Dusting applicable furniture (dining chairs, bar stools, pool tables etc)
Cleaning of sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets
Cleaning exterior of oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher (if applicable)
Dusting and cleaning of mirrors
Window sills wiped
Beds made with provided linens
All trash cans emptied with bags replaced.

Deep Clean
Deep cleaning at the approximate rate of $0.20/sqft
Includes:
Everything from a basic housekeeping service
All interior windows cleaned, window sills deep cleaned, edge to edge trim cleaning.
Baseboard and crown molding cleaning
Disinfect all handles (door handles, cabinetry hardware)
Interior of microwave and oven.
Walls cleaned top to bottom of normal dirt, grime and wear (sharpie/crayon/pen removal not included)
Deep clean of grout and tile.
Removal of furniture cushions for vacuuming (if vacuum provided)

Move Out Clean
priced at the approximate rate of $0.22/sqft
Included:
Everything from a deep clean
Interior of all cabinetry and drawers deep cleaned top to bottom
Interior of fridge (if applicable)
all closets cleaned top to bottom including shelving.
Move out cleans require all applicable utilities be active (water, electric, gas if applicable)
I do not offer bulk trash, furniture, or object removal. Please ensure the unit is empty of belongings at the time of service.
