PLEASE READ! EVERYONE must be 18 or older to be serviced! If under 18 the child MUST already have them on! If inquiring about a full set or any placement of them you must upload the required pictures. Charms Fashion Looks will not be responsible for anything happening to YOU! You MUST upload your photo ID to book. All appointments require a $25 deposit that goes towards service plus an electronic service fee. Be sure to include your name and number when booking. If you are 5 minutes late a $15 late fee will be applied. After 10 minutes of being late your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit is required to rebook! Same day/Squeeze in or any appointments after or before hours require a $40 fee when booking. If you need to reschedule it must be done within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment. Your payment is your electronic signature in agreement with all TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES listed. ALL deposits are NONREFUNDABLE!
